Worshiping Together: We believe God would use us to encourage the church to grow in our understanding and practice of cross-generational worship.

One important way for children and teens to learn how to worship our Lord is as they see adults involved in whole-hearted worship.  Just as importantly, adults can relearn what it means to be child-like and to be reminded of the Awesomeness of God as they partner with children...

I attended a church in Dallas, TX and met Ryan Flanigan.  Ryan is the worship director at All Saints Dallas Anglican Mission.  We found out we share the same heart for bringing all ages together to know, serve and worship Jesus as the Family of God.

He wrote this article.  I was so happy to read something other than my own thoughts on a matter so dear to our hearts here at Future Hope Ministries.

We watched a show called, "Bull" a couple of weeks ago and the ending was a great encouragement to us. It reminded us of a powerful truth.

The show is about a trial consulting firm that employs "psychology, human intuition and high-tech data to understand jurors, lawyers, witnesses and defendants, and construct effective narratives to help their clients win."

In this episode, Dr. Bull and the team were defending a priest...

Dan and Joy Cutchen

We hope your Thanksgiving time was a wonderful reflection of your life of gratitude to our loving and amazing heavenly Father!

The Gap

The fractured world of multi-generational church leadership.

from Christianity Today

Rehoboam requested more time and decided to meet with his leadership team. He split the team into two groups: the rapidly aging Boomer leaders and the emerging leaders. A young lady from Indiana Wesleyan University contacted Dan a few years ago asking to interview him. She was doing a paper on multi-generational ministry and wanted his input.

Here are a few of her questions and a synopsis of Daniel's answers:

Are/would short term mission trips be beneficial to your ministry?

We have been involved with an orphanage in Tepic, Nayarit (Mexico) for many, many years. It is called Casa de Nino...

Joy and I are working on some Future Hope business and I found the article below which appeared in the "Bring Them In" newsletter a few years ago.  It might encourage you and you might even learn something fresh!

Creatively Teaching God’s Word with Freshly Fun Songs

She was standing there in front of the television, watching our Krazy Prazy Worship music DVD. The television was on our product table beside o...

I have experienced a life-changing revelation over the last few years.  In 2016, we noticed some wonderful fruit as God worked in us and through us as a result of this insight.  It began as I started asking a question of myself a few years ago:

As a disciple of Jesus, what does "love" look like on a day to day basis?

The first part of the revelation was fairly obvious. It came from I Cor 13...

"You must have a problem to have a God Breakthrough in your life."  11 Samuel 5: 17-25.  David's example on how to have a victorious God Breakthrough is:  Inquire of the Lord,  Listen to Him and Obey Him.  Joy's husband, Dan Cutchen, composed a song based on this scripture passage. Click here to listen to it:   https://youtu.be/qqpSFie71uk   (You heard a small portion of this song in the introducti...
